As the year begins to wind down, Lextended Day would like to take the opportunity to celebrate with our fifth grade students! As they get closer and closer to graduating from elementary school, we'd like to start off the celebration by showing our support and sponsoring a 5th grade field trip. This year, we will head to Roller Kingdom in Tyngsboro, on Thursday, March 7th from 1:00 to 4:30.
All fifth grade students that are enrolled in Lextended Day are invited to join us for the trip, and there will be no additional cost for extra blocks. While at Roller Kingdom all students will get the chance to skate, play laser tag, and socialize with other fifth graders who will be heading off to middle school next year too! If you would like your fifth grade students to attend this field trip please complete the permission slip.
Our second annual winter carnival, will have a bouncy obstacle course, festive snacks, games, and a photo booth! At 4:30 we will be playing The Grinch (2018) in the cafeteria while free bounce is happening in the gym. At 5:00 pm the gym will be closed as the bouncy houses are being deflated. During this time, the movie will continue to play, gaga ball be offered in the music room, and weather permitting outside free play.
